Apple handles all payments for Slow Time Club, so refunds are requested from Apple. We can't issue refunds or change Apple's decision.
Request a refund
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you paid with.
Choose Request a refund and pick your reason.
Select the Slow Time Club purchase and submit.
Apple reviews the request and emails you its decision. This works for subscriptions and for the Lifetime plan.
Stop future charges too
Asking for a refund doesn't cancel your subscription. To make sure you aren't charged again, also cancel at Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Slow Time Club → Cancel Subscription.
Good to know
Deleting Slow Time Club doesn't cancel your subscription or refund you.
If Apple refunds your subscription, your access ends and your blocks pause. They stay saved and come back if you subscribe again.
We never see your payment details, so we can't look up or change a charge.
