Insights need Screen Time turned on and some history to show. If you've only just set up Slow Time Club, give it a day. Otherwise, check that Screen Time is recording and open Insights again.

Steps

  1. Make sure Screen Time is recording: Settings → Screen Time → App & Website Activity should be on. Without it, Apple doesn't record any usage for us to show.

  2. Check Slow Time Club is allowed: Settings → Screen Time → Apps With Screen Time Access → Slow Time Club should be on.

  3. Close Insights and open it again from the Insights card on Home. Or switch between Week and Month and back.

  4. Fully close Slow Time Club (swipe it away in the app switcher) and open it again.

  5. Restart your iPhone if it's still blank.

  6. New to Slow Time Club? Wait a day. There may not be any history yet.

If your blocks aren't working either, start with Blocking isn't working: start here.

Why this happens

Your usage charts are drawn by Apple, inside a sealed area on your iPhone. Slow Time Club only puts a frame around them, and your usage never leaves your phone. Sometimes iPhone takes a while to draw the charts, or doesn't draw them at all. The week and month views are the most likely to be slow. When that happens we show a loading or empty state rather than old numbers. Sorry about the wait.
