Apple Health: what do you read?

We only read your sleep, and only if you turn it on. We don't write anything to Apple Health, and we don't send your screen time there.

What we use it for

Insights shows a sleep card with how long you slept last night, plus your weekly and monthly averages. "Last night" means sleep recorded between 6 pm yesterday and 10 am today.

Your sleep data stays on your phone. We don't send it anywhere. The only thing we note is whether the Apple Health connection is on or off.

Turn it on

  1. On Home, tap the star icon at the top left to open Profile.

  2. Turn on Sync to Apple Health.

  3. In Apple's pop-up, allow Sleep.

If the sleep card asks you to turn on Apple Health access, Sleep wasn't allowed in step 3. You can allow it for Slow Time Club in your iPhone's Health settings.

Turn it off

Turn off Sync to Apple Health in Profile. Slow Time Club stops reading your sleep and clears the sleep figures it was showing.

It stays off until you turn it on, and nothing else in Slow Time Club needs it.
