Email us at [email protected] with your User ID, and say whether you'd like your data deleted or a copy of it. Deleting Slow Time Club from your iPhone clears everything stored on the phone.
What we hold
Very little. Your app usage and the apps you choose never leave your phone, and we don't store them anywhere. Our analytics can't identify you, because we don't have your email or phone number. Your User ID is the only thing that links that data to you, which is why we need it.
1. Copy your User ID
A new User ID is made if you reinstall, so copy yours first.
On Home, tap the star icon at the top left to open Profile.
Tap Help and Legal → User ID. It changes to Copied!
2. Email us
Send an email to [email protected], paste your User ID, and tell us whether you want your data deleted or a copy.
3. Delete Slow Time Club from your phone
This removes your blocks, Focus Sessions, App Limits, folders and settings from the phone. iPhone won't let you delete apps while Uninstall protection is on, which includes the whole of any Hard block. Protect blocked apps (Uninstall protection)
Good to know
Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it through Apple first if you want to stop paying.
Apple keeps its own record of your purchases, and the date your free week started stays in your iCloud.
